In Defense of Small and Clinically Meaningful Science
Abstract
Despite major advances in biomedical research, many clinically relevant questions remain unanswered in everyday practice. Small, focused, and real-world studies are often overlooked despite their practical impact. This editorial advocates for concise, clinically meaningful science and introduces a journal dedicated to advancing real-world evidence across the cardio-renal-metabolic continuum.
